Referral Program

Notes / Assumptions:

1. The 5% commission applies to gross labor services only and does not apply to any software or hardware product sales.

2. Commissions are paid quarterly and after FairWay invoices are paid. Existing clients may apply 5% commission as credits towards any of their invoices.

3. FairWay will pay the 5% commission for the initial 2 years, from the date of first invoice to new client.

4. 5% Commission does not apply to any existing clients and prospects Fairway is already engaging.

5. W9 form required for yearly payments of $600 or more.

6. Option to donate earned commissions to charity of choice.

Example #1:

New Client subscribes for Managed IT Services and pays $2,000 / month. 5% commission would pay $100 / month or $1,200 / year for a period of 2 years. The commission is adjusted up or down based on changes in labor-related monthly recuring revenue.

Example #2:

New Client engages for a one-time project and the billed amount is $10,000. Upon completing the work and receiving payment, the paid commission will be $500 (one-time payment). A 5% commission will also be paid for any subsequent projects performed during the 2-year period.
